Our place in Quaker Hill is a rental home and we, the owners, are down in VA Beach, so this job was let over the phone. We have no past history with Tazmanian Tree, but Ed never dropped the ball working with us, from quote, to timely execution, impecable clean-up and follow-up pictures. The job was done in one day. Our tenants who rarely comment on things like this, immediately emailed us with their praises. The difference in light accessing the yard was dramatic; a lot of wood was taken out; just what we wanted. But to my relief, Ed took it a step further removing a potentially dangerous limb that was cracked. Smart move. My tenants were also amazed that so much was done with everything else left in tack. I would say the job couldn't have gone much better. I would recommend Tazmanian Tree Devil in a heartbeat.

. Contractor was polite. and I told him I needed to contract other people before I could begin. He said that was fine.Tazmanian Tree Devil and his team of workers were polite and got the job done in less time than I anticipated. When they left after the job the lawn area looked better that before they came as they had raked up the tree leaves and branches also. I would recommend.

Ed was very professional and organized when he came over to provide me an estimate. When we contracted him to do the work a few weeks later he came over before he did any work to make sure that we were on the right page. The day of the job his crew arrived on time and worked very hard non-stop all day. My wife was impressed on how hard they worked. They did everything that Ed said he would do and cleaned up after them selves. I would use him again.

This was the 2nd time we used Taz for tree removal. We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Irene on our property that required expert removal for safety reasons. Taz comes first to look at the work to be done and gives you an estimate. He is very easy to talk with and he advises you as to what the best approach is for trimming or removal. If you approve, you go on to his list and within a fair amount of time, he and his crew will be on your property for the work to be done. They are punctual, hard-working, professional and always take into account how to approach a job safely and with the least amount of damage to your property. They work together as a team very efficiently. Taz gives you good, "old-fashioned" service that you can rely on and I feel his prices are very fair. We most certainly would use him again if need be; and we have recommended him to others because we like him so much!

Ed was punctual, professional and took the time to thoroughly explain each phase of his work. When the job was done his team cleaned up so well you would never they cut or chipped a single tree. Also to his credit was the value he provided. His estimate was accurate and very detailed. Of the 5 contractors I got estimates from Ed was the only one that took the time to survey the entire property and offer other suggestions. In the end he went above and beyond the original estimates and contract. Great job Ed - Thanks.

Ed came over to provide an estimate and was very professional and organized. The crew arrived as promised and did a professional job. They did the work that was requested and removed the wood from the yard, cleaning up all debris. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. Ed even called me afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire the Tazmanian Tree Devil again.
