Explained that the last contractor I spoke with took forever to respond for mini splits. I called walenta and we set up an appointment. He came out looked everything over and said he would get back to me the following week. Multiple attempts to get in contact with him and will not respond. He told me “all said and done this job is about 3 weeks.” Now I am 2 weeks behind cause he has not responded knowing I have a new born in the house. Now I’m looking for another contractor.

Mike removed the old propane fired boiler and water heater, and installed a new wall mounted boiler and indirect water heater. The new system uses a much smaller footprint, and has proven to be much more efficient and quieter. I had proposals from several contractors, and Mike's was the lowest, plus he was recommended by my propane supplier. The job took the better part of 2 days, which seemed very reasonable & efficient. Overall, a very good experience.
Description of Work: Boiler and water heater replacement.
