Art Gagne Custom Tile Installation

Great! Everything came out as well or better than expected. Their experience paid off in working through several issues resulting from an older imperfectly square house.

Hired Art and June to demo an existing standalone tile shower with a fiberglass base and build a proper mud-pan tile shower in its place. Results were outstanding. True professionalism in all facets. Had the integrity to stop work when needed, to suggest a plumber be called for inspection/repair, which I appreciated. Many contractors would have moved along without concern for long term durability and went to the next job to avoid a delay or two to allow a plumber to perform the corrective work. To summarize, I hired Art after obtaining out several quotes from various contractors. Decided to go with Art which began as a shower job which turned into my hiring him to also do the kitchen backsplash, then I decided to have him also do the spare bathroom tile floor and finally the roman tub tile surround and wall tile in the master to compliment the new shower. Over the 4-5 week job I was consistently reassured via his work effort and professionalism that he treated my install with the same level of detail as he would in his own home. He went the extra mile to do things right and never wavered from his original quoted pricing.

Very very well done I will be having Art and his wife do my other bathroom they are both very nice hard working people and the work came out gorgeous we left the design in his hands since he works with tiles and I couldn't have made a better choice 😊

Ican't say enough good things about Art and his lovely wife. It is so wonderful to know if I ever need tile work done in the future that I know just the couple to call! Art is very good at what he does and he knows his craft. He installed a marble surround around my tub and installed a black marble herringbone floor in my shower as well as 3 x 6 tile in a subway pattern on the walls. He also built out a shower wall and cement boarded. I am extremely meticulous about my home and the work that is performed and I would never hesitate to use Art in future projects. He came to my home twice to measure and answer any questions we had prior to starting the project. He always kept his work area cleaned up at the end of each day. And he listened, anytime I had a question about how the project was proceeding. Look no further!

Absolutely terrific work! Very professional and very personable. Upon completion of the job the area was left immaculate. I would not hesitate one second in recommending these folks to others who are in need of quality tile workmanship and already have begun preparations to have them return to install tile backsplash in my kitchen.

Art and his wife did an excellent job in our new bath. He spends enough time up front in his layout work to ensure that the finished job looks great. His estimate was accurate and the results better than we could have imagined.
