Everything went smoothly! Dave was always on time, easy to communicate with, as well as quick respond when we had questions. He did his work as quietly as possible and cleaned up after himself every single day. The work he did was amazing! We have not one complaint. He got the job finished quickly as well.

Beautifully done. This job required complete reno of 1972 bathroom down to the studs. New ceiling, walls, and flooring, fanlight with duct work to roof, sealing existing leaks on roof, upgrading electrical, replacing and repositioning plumbing as needed, installing tub/shower, vanity and top, medicine cabinet, lights, door, trim, and all hardware. Dave replaced the existing window with a larger one, and new trim inside and out. And he did this all himself. I can't say enough good things. I think his pricing is fair, his quotes and his work are meticulous. He's also such a nice guy to work with and talk to. He worked on consecutive days, and cleaned up afterwards.

DM Remodelers NEVER started! We agreed on a estimated time (about 9 months) and on an estimated price, but, when I contacted him, he told me he was behind and would get back to me as soon as he was caught up...never happened. Dave Maher strung me along for almost one year and I have not heard back since October 25, 2019. This is absolutely NO WAY to do business! I hope as time goes on he learns that he needs to return calls and emails even if it is to let people know he has no intention of doing the job. I have an entire bathroom of appliances sitting in my guest room (per his request) waiting to be installed. I would not hire someone who does this to people nor will I believe the reviews on Angie’s List, reviews were what sold me on his company to begin with.

Dave did an excellent job, covered up my amateur sheetrock mistakes ,and, essentially,bailed me out by completing the entire attic apartment as a professional. Became a good friend with good advice.

Dave is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. Dave has worked on several projects at our home and his work is flawless. He's extremely dependable and always shows up as planned and always returns calls promptly. He's in great demand, so you might have to wait a little while before he can begin your project, but it's definitely worth waiting.

David provided me the bathroom of my dreams. After hassles (and one con job) with contractors who would not respond in a timely manner, I was extremely happy to find David and his DM Remodeling company. David replied to my inquiries, kept appointments, provided an estimate almost exactly in the middle of the ones I had obtained, worked diligently and well, always cleaned up after a day's work, remained cognizant of my pets' whereabouts, and kindly agreed to some add-on's. I recommend him as a professional and his fine work not only without hesitation, but with enthusiasm.

David and his team were friendly, professional and cleaned up at the end of every day. They completely remodeled a small master bath. Replaced sheetrock on the ceiling, installed a tile floor, toilet, vanity, light and new exhaust fan. They also replaced an old tub in our guest bathroom. We are very happy with the finished product. They were by far the most affordable of all the quotes we received as well.

Great communications and they did a professional job. They also did a nice clean up when the work was done -- it looked like they were never there.!!! I can now use my front porch again.

It turned out that the window to be replaced was difficult for the manufacturer to identify because the manufacturer had changed the design that year. David was in frequent contact with us as he ensured that the manufacturer provided the correct replacement. When the window did arrive, David promptly scheduled an appointment with us for the installation/repairs. David and his coworker were on time and very efficient. Because cold weather had set in, he pre-painted the new window the day prior to the appointment. David placed drop cloths everywhere he worked in our house and his coworker cleaned extraneous dirt after they were finished. The work performed was excellent and we would definitely hire David for any other work.

The project went really well. David is a true professional. His attention to detail to the remodel and care to our home was amazing. The shower and tile were installed exactly to our specifications and look great. He treated our home like he would his own, preforming all tasks that create a mess (sawing, mixing grout/mortar, etc) outside and laying drop cloths throughout the house from the front door to the master bathroom, eliminating any mess to our home. At the end of each days work he so thoroughly cleaned up that the rest of the bathroom was completely usable. We really felt that this was above and beyond and appreciated the cleanliness especially because we have an 18 month old baby running all over the place. We would highly recommend him to others and will use him again if needed.

David did an excellent job and we are very pleased with our new deck that he built. It's beautiful! David is a craftsman. His work is superior. He listens to his customers, answering any questions and was very responsive. He was very mindful of keeping the work area picked up and clean. We were surprised that the facia boards were not included in the estimate as the deck did not look finished without them and we assumed that was part of the finished product since our front balcony/deck had it included in the past. We did pay additional to have it added.

David is a true professional. He did an amazing job installing the stained oak patio ceiling and outdoor heaters. He is always prompt, courteous, respectful, honest, fair and delivers quality service every time. We were so pleased with his quality of work we also decided to have some sheet rock repaired and tile installed. Once again, he delivered the highest quality service, as expected. We absolutely love, love, love, love... the finished product.

We hired David to rebuild our deck which had rotted out (we looked after demo and disposal but he was great to give my husband some pointers about it which was really helpful and kind). David worked with one other crew member, and the 2 of them showed up on time, worked diligently, cleaned up everything daily and were not bothered by my 2 children who stood at the window daily, supervising the work, knocking on windows and yelling hello :) David was great to keep me in the loop, giving me daily updates about progress at the end of each day, answered any and all questions along the way and answered emails or voice mails in a timely manner. We would definitely hire him again should another project arise. He finished the job earlier than anticipated and the end result was wonderful- we are so happy to have a beautiful and safe deck to enjoy with our 2 young children. David- I've said it many times throughout the job, but thank you so much for everything!

David was super responsive and did great work at my rental property. I will definitely hire him again. He responded to my inquiry quickly (like the next day!), was punctual (actually got there a few minutes early!), explained exactly what he was going to do, and then did great work at a reasonable price. I could not have had a better experience throughout the process.

Excellent work from my first inquiry to work complete. He responded to my inquiry and followed-up when it was necessary. He was here on time and stayed on the job site until complete. Finished the job ahead of schedule. Great craftsmanship. I would hire again. Highly recommended.

Dave was great and professional. explained what he would be doing initially and answered any questions I had a long the process. His pricing is affordable and his quality was phenomenal. I would recommend him to anyone.

This is the second time we used DM remodeling. The first job was a new tiled shower in February and when that job went so well we decided to go with Dave again to do this work. Everything went well on this job, as we expected. Dave showed up when he said he would and performed the work in the quoted amount of time and in budget. There was a slight miscommunication on my end from when Dave quoted the job, but Dave was easy to deal with to get the additional work completed without impacting the end date and was clear about the slight cost increase and options. Dave has become our go to contractor for jobs like these and we will continue to use him for any future projects. He is clean (putting down drop clothes and sweeping up at the end of each day) and meticulous. I would recommend DM remodeling to anyone looking for a great contractor.

David has not completed the work yet and is about half way done, but I have been impressed to the point that I felt it necessary to write my review now. I felt the need to write this now because of something that happened recently. David had made significant progress tiling the shower when my wife and I noticed that, due to decisions we made earlier, it hadn't come out as we expected. I spoke with David the next morning to discuss alternatives and how we could proceed. He was extremely understanding and worked with me to change what had been done so that we would be 100% happy with the work. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the end product and even redid work because it didn't look right with the changes we had discussed. David has been extremely clean, putting down drop cloths to cover floors and carpets and cleaning up everything at the end of each day. His work to this point has been impeccable and I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future. In terms of cost, I received 3 quotes and went with David. He was not the cheapest, but was also not the most expensive and I feel the estimate was reasonable. He has been easy to deal with throughout the whole process and always returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner and offered advice and guidance when needed. My wife and I both work and he worked with us to find a time when we could be home to complete the work.
