+ -1 moreGreat. We have been using Larry for IT services for 7 months. He is punctual, or calls if he seems to be running late with a previous appointment. He is very accessible and willing to extend the extra effort (he helped us move from a commercial office to a home office). A-Team's rates are much better than previous technicians ($85/hr). Larry is always willing to answer my questions without making me feel stupid. I gladly recommend his services.
Description of Work: Our server IP address had changed so Larry Mathews reset our Remote Desktop Connections in order to allow our remote employees to access the server. He also set up a free account with no-ip.com which searches for the server's IP address in case it changes again.

+ -1 moreI figured I killed my laptop after dropping it. When I called Larry he offered to look at it that night. I brought it in and within a day he had it repaired for me. He even cleaned it out and replaced my frayed Mac power adapter at no cost. Fantastic. Definitely using A Team from now on.
Description of Work: Screen repair on my Macbook Pro. Laptop was damaged from a severe drop.
