The electrician did show up as scheduled over 1 1/2 weeks ago to replace a bathroom ceiling fan. He took the old one out to find a replacement which was unavailable at the time. He called and stated it would have to be ordered and would take several days. We have not heard from anyone since.

Replace bathroom ceiling fan. Very professional & courteous. . A rep came out on Monday to determine the new fan model...while he was here he fixed the wiring to my bathroom switches and GFCI outlet. He then set up appointment for 1:30 on Wednesday (I'm not available on Tuesdays). Their technician contacted me at 1:15, arrived at 1:40 and had the new fan installed and the bathroom cleaned up by 2:25. Excellent work and I'm very happy. (I've yet to receive the bill but $100 for the unit and 1hr technician and 1/2hr consult at $85/hr is pretty good.)

Paradise diagnosed and repaired a non-working outside lantern. They also corrected connections in an outdoor outlet that had not been grounded.

I would not recommend them on a bet. Quickly submitted a bill for a job only partially done but issue not resolved. A real challenge getting a return call until i finally gave up after 5-6 attempts. Cale is a waste of time..

We were selling our home and the inspection turned up some electrical issues. Paradise electric promptly delivered a quote and they scheduled the work in a timely manner. Their prices are fair and the quality of the work was excellent. Their electricians were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Cale, Carl and Kyle did the installation and ran into a problem on the first day. They came back bright and early the next morning to correct the problem and Cale, the owner, decided to recheck every wire to make sure that things were perfect. I was impressed with their professionalism and pride in their work. I would recommend them, and have, to others who are looking for quality workmanship. Hurrican Sandy arrived just days after installation and everything worked perfectly. Thanks for recommending them.

so far so excellent, professional, hardworking, good materials, all questions were addressed immediately when they said they were going to be there.... they were!!! how rare is that. Not an easy property to work on but all jobs were completed. wow!
