 + -1 morehe technician was polite and professional. I had to place a call to the office and Brad was very helpful. I had bees getting into the house. I called yesterday and they sent someone out today. The technician arrived at the promised time. I
Description of Work: They treated the outside of the house for bees which were swarming near an outside window. They also treated the foundation as well as the front and back porch. For this price they will retreat three more times at 90 day intervals. They said they will come out in between if there is a problem.

They are always on time, and if for whatever reason they can't make it on time they let me know in advance. They are very flexible with the hours of service around my job. I have been using them for over 6 years.

Description of Work: Sprayed for ants. We were seeing a large number in the house before they came. They noted that our lot had a lot of ants in the soil, but we haven't seen one in the house since they sprayed. Very pleased.

I called this company and by the next day they were able to coordinate with my real estate agent and the home owners to get a wood destroying pest inspection done. They found no damage in the home and quoted me $195 dollars to treat the carpenter ants that were seen in the kitchen and basement. The two employees I dealt with over the phone were pleasant and gave me no hassles. I will probably follow up with another review once I have moved in and used this company for the treatment of the wood pests.

 + -1 moreBoth of the men who came out from this company seemed to know what they were doing, and both were friendly but professional in their work. I had to move some patio stones and trim back some plants at the rear of the house and garage for better access, but once that was done, it all went fine. Because the house has a stone foundation, he explained how he had to wiggle the spray rod around the uneven stone surfaces. Oh, also, they checked for any damages I might not have noticed, and suggested I brace one section of beam in the cellar.
Description of Work: They came out to check for termite damage the previous week, and saw some signs of damage in the garage as well as the damage I had noticed in the cellar. The guy sprayed the perimeter of the house and garage for termites.

Description of Work: Group was professional and on-time for their appointments. Came out and assessed the situation - I thought I had termites but they quickly identified it as carpenter ants. They said their service would kill them and based on the lack of sawdust and all the dead ants found the next few days, they were correct. Seen no new activity over the past few weeks. Good people - did what they said they would do.

Description of Work: I have a service contract to deal with the mice that get into my house and the insects that burrow into my wood siding. They come 4 x a year and maintain mousetraps, poison, moth traps, and to spray insecticide.

Description of Work: We had a problem with a yellow jacket nest in our wall, and bees were coming into the house. They sent someone out the next business day, and he arrived on time and prepared, even going as far as donning a bee keeper suit to spray. We had also had a problem with carpenter ants. We no longer have a problem with the ants or bees. We signed up for the 1 year service (every 3 months) because it was going to cost us more to have them come out 1 time for a higher amount, versus a down payment and continuous treatment which would cover more than bees. The worker was respectful and thorough. The only thing I would offer is allow more time for the complete initial treatment. They quoted 1 hour and it ended up being 2 1/2 hours and I had scheduled it on a lunch break from work. Charges quarterly for all pest control are $90 a quarter.

 + -1 moreMASTERSHIELD HAS VERY NICE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. THEY PROVIDE GREAT SERVICES AND ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEIR WORK IS REALLY GOOD AND THEIR PRICES ARE SATISFACTORY. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
