They came out a couple times.

All was done well, but I didn't notice any cleaning out of the ductless unit drain. The ductless unit drain could wait till next year, no problem. I clean my own primary filter for both units. I overlooked the work being done and was very pleased with the technicians performance and answers to my questions.

They were very quick to schedule, and sent a professional and knowledgeable service technician. There was an unexpected complication which they quickly came back to fix and some confusion on billing, but the company was highly professional and responsive and took care of it immediately.

He came into my house and after he told me the cost I said,"I'm not going to do the work at this time, $3800.00 to replace a tub only is way out of my budget.". I just received a bill from the Company for coming to my home to look over the job for a quote. for $90.00. The Company called me and said that they would have a guy come out and look at the job and give me a free estimate. What [part of FREE is there when I just received a BILL for labor? Today is the 28th of April and I signed nothing and agreed to nothing as far as paying anyone to look over a possible quote for replacing a tub.I had two other people give me a quote for the work and guess what? No Bill because a free estimate is FREE>

The sales person was very informative and ensured that I was pleased every step of the way during research and entering contract. The install was professional quality and met expectations. The staff worked three days to complete the job and returned promptly to remedy a complaint with the refrigerant lines not properly bundled in housing. We used the units to cool the whole house when temperatures were too warm and found it to be comfortable, very quiet and efficient. Can't wait to see what these units can do in the winter.

He went through everything with me. He changed out the thermostat. He didn't balance my air duct system in my attic like I was hoping but I was very satisfied with the service. He showed me how the two different heating & a/c units in my home were connected and how to use them. I talked to him about coming back out to do a bid for a new heating/cooling system at the end of summer. They were friendly and on time as well!

They were very professional and nice. The price was good. They were the best fit for me and did the job on time. They were responsive when I called.

The technician who came out yesterday was named Kevin. He was very good. He was very throughout. Told us what the problem was and really took his time. We had an issue with the water heater. It was a plumbing issue, but he was able to determine what the issue was. I have a yearly contract with Yankee Gas and they are the ones who contracted EMS to me yesterday.

A/C was not working in my store at the Danbury Fair Mall. Came out right away. Assessed and fixed issue in 2 hours. Very reasonable. Polite and prompt. Would absolutely hire them again. Excellent experience. Thank you, Gail Kennedy Gail's Stride Rite - Danbury Fair Mall

The guys that came were friendly and very knowledgeable about their craft. They were more than happy to explain what they were doing and answered all my questions concerning the unit. I called many other people that quoted taking A WEEK to come out to see me and these guys made time to see me the next day after I called. The outdoor unit was in an inconvenient place but they were good sports about jumping a fence since I was missing the key to the back of the facility. It was raining too. We had a laugh about it once all was set and done. My only problem was that they couldn't quote me the price of the motor they planned to replace till after all was set and done. I think the price was fair so no worries there. I would absolutely recommend these guys to friends and family. Thanks again.

Technician showed up on time and completed work in a timely manner. Technician also gave advice about the overall condition of the system. Very professional job.
