+ -1 moreThe staff and oil truck delivery men are very friendly and communicate well to everyone. Before I became a customer they treated me each and every time I called as if I was. In fact, they made me feel that my oil emergency was the most important priority that day. I literally called them up and told them that my heat was not working when we had single digit temps. and on a weekend no less! Tamaro Oil assured me they would do what they could in their power to help me out and to get someone out there right away and they did; someone came over within the hour I called! I have NEVER dealt with a better company. Once you are a customer, you get a very fair locked in rate (the low average I would say for the greater N.H. area). I love this company.
Description of Work: This is the FIRST oil company that my husband and I found to provide EXCELLENT & QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE! The receptionists call you right back, and provide follow-up calls to check in with their customers. The service men provide information on what they need to do and offer advice; all info that they break down for you to understand. They have patience w people:) They also sent out a full written estimate of future work that I may be interested in doing; upgrading my hot water options. * Fixed broken furnace and filled oil tank without being a customer, over a weekend. Offered advice for my dinosaur of a furnace system. * Very fair prices to fix and to provide oil. * Eventually signed a contract with this company, after they had already been to my house on more than one occasion.
