Mr. Rudolph and his assistant were outstanding. They came on time, did the planned work and a little extra, were very efficient and charged a very reasonable fee. I would not hesitate to use them again for junk removal or any other of service that they provide.

My 96 year old Aunt died. I live in Florida and am the executor of her estate. No family in the state. Rudolf Homes & Properties was recommended to me. Molly and her team took care of all aspects of preparing house to be sold to include removing furniture and all household items, removing carpeting and preparing floors, replacing door locks, coordinating repair of garage door, snow removal and monitoring house until sold. I was kept updated throughout the 3 month period she took care of the house. I HIGHLY recommend them and thank them for the super service they provided.

I had some junk to get rid of and was connected with Rudolf Home & Properties through Home Advisor. David arrived at the time he was expected which is always a plus. I ended up finding more junk for him to take yet he did not price me a ridiculous amount for the extra things. Thanks again!

They came on time weâ  re very courteous pricing was very reasonable ( I shopped around a lot). I only wish I found them sooner to help with a huge project (cleaning out an estate.) Would highly recommend to anybody. They do great work.

Very smooth pick up.

Moving is never easy but they made things so much easier. They arrived when they said they would (called to let me know they were 5 minutes away). I ended up having more things to get rid of than I had originally told them, it was no problem at all. They took everything! The price was appropriate, a dumpster would have much more expensive!

They were friendly and efficient. I needed something done at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Priced fairly. I would definitely recommend them.
