+ -1 moreThey really know what they are talking about and do exactly what they say. I am very happy with them because they saved so much of our information with this process. They do not charge you for extra things that are not needed either. They are honest and trustworthy.
Description of Work: They took in our computer because it was not working and we found out that the motherboard was blown. They removed all of the data from the laptop and put it on an external hard drive for us.

+ -1 moreMY COMPUTER HAD A VIRUS PROBLEM, SO I SENT IT TO THEM AND THEY FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY SAVED ALL MY INFORMATION AND PUT IT BACK ON MY COMPUTER WHEN THEY WERE DONE CLEANING IT UP.
Description of Work: THEY REFORMATTED MY COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreI GUESS THEY DID AN OKAY JOB. THEY DIDN'T REALLY IMPRESS ME. THERE HAS BEEN NO PROBLEM WITH THE USED COMPUTER YET. WE COULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT A NEW DELL COMPUTER FOR THE PRICE WE PAID. THE PRICE DID NOT THRILL ME AT ALL.
Description of Work: PCW COMPUTER TRIED REPAIRING OUR OLD COMPUTER, BUT THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. WE THEN BOUGHT A USED COMPUTER FROM THEM.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PRETTY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB FOR A CHEAP PRICE. THE COMPUTER IS STILL RUNNING SO I GUESS THAT IS A GOOD THING. THEY EVEN INSTALLED SOME EXTRA SOFTWARE FOR US FOR FREE, JUST TO BE NICE.
