During a rainstorm we had rain dripping from the attic to a bedroom. The culprit was a large hole on the roof next to and under solar paneling. further review indicated many flaws that n the roof. I contacted Nutmeg Roofing who responded immediately. they came on a saturday and fixed the roof in one day as well as some of the wood soaked beams on the attic. The team was courteous and professional. The manager, Sonny, was easy to work with very helpful. I have recommended them to friends and family. i would not hesitate to use them as my roofers. too bad there aren’t higher than 5 star rating as i would give them 20+ stars.

I had a leaking issue in my garage and I had a very positive experience with Nutmeg Roofing. Sonny was the one who helped us diagnose an issue where we were having leaking near our flu into the garage. It was a complex problem where we first fixed the flashing and roof, they patched some of the concrete wall on the side of the garage for no extra cost, and we also did some foundation work to stop the leaking. He was very responsive and helpful the whole time. I highly recommend them!

Nutmeg Roofing responded to my request for help with a leak, identified the source and replaced my roof and skylights quickly and with great care. They were efficient and cleaned everything up, left no trace! Highly recommended

I called Sonny about some water we were getting in our Sunroom ceiling. Not only did Sonny come out the same day to review the issue, he had his team come out later the same day to assess the work that would need to be done so that he had a second opinion on the quote to make sure everything was aligned properly. With all that done, Sonny had us scheduled later in the week with a good price given the exploratory nature of the issue and trying to resolve it. We had some schedule set-backs due to the weather not cooperating, but Sonny was incredibly communicative at each step—answering texts pretty promptly, picking up the phone almost before it rang, and getting back to me via text when he said he would nees to consult with his foreman or team on something. I've had a few contractors come through for quotes and to do work, and I can honestly say that Sonny and Nutmeg Roofing has been one of the best experiences in communicating, scheduling and talking through what needed to be done. I want to mention the work itself. Sonny and his team came through on the day they were scheduled to do work—got to work quickly and finished up ahead of schedule. All through this, Sonny was on-sight and available to answer questions as well as update us on what they found and needed to do. They even took off our old gutter guards that were super ugly and not working well while they were up on the roof for us. Finally, I want to highlight that in the course of their work, a few of our roof shingles got damaged/ cracked. When Sonny saw this, he scheduled a follow up with his foreman to come out within two days to replace those cracked shingles and get things sorted. I appreciate the accountability and effort put into following through. We've had the fix on our roof for a few days, and there has been some rain in that time, and so far no water! We know we have some other siding and roof work we'll want to tackle in the future, and I know that I'll be calling Sonny up first thing to take a look at what we'll need to do. Honestly can't recommend them enough.
