Sale went smoothly, delivery and installation were a nightmare. Installers showed up, without even measuring decided the machines wouldn't fit through the doorway - I had to argue that the house was not built around the existing machines. they they said all of the plumbing was too old and it would take 3-4 weeks to get the parts needed to install and left. I called the store numerous time before speaking to a person that could actually help. That person told me all the parts were on the original truck (he packed it himself) and he would send someone back to install. Took over a week to get someone back. No explanation or apology - ever. will never buy at lowes again.

It went very well. they arrived on time and completed the work in the agreed time frame. My town requires 3 inspections during the process of building a deck. The inspectors came and commented on the excellent workmanship and how they exceeded all the requirements for the deck. I am now enjoying my new deck

It went well, I got everything I needed, checkout was quick and the cashier quickly caught on when she didn't give me the right change (I didn't notice).

I would say to do it with them if you can. I took up all my old carpeting and moved all my furniture out myself to save money. All they had to do was come in and lay the new carpet. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would so we are very happy. I will use them again in the future.

The service at Lowes in Springfield, MA was by far the best. The salesman, Tim, was knowledgeable, courteous and not at all pushy. Lowes was the only store where the salesman actually had done his homework, knew the appliance ratings on consumer's reports, etc. I felt I could trust this man. The dishwasher was fairly priced, about $100 less than at other retail stores. The other employees, including the cashier and stock man, were very helpful and courteous as well. We took the dishwasher home and installed it ourselves. All is good so far!

They will be taking out the old fence, dispose of it, and put in a 6 foot privacy fence. The way Steve, the fencing manager, spoke, walked over, and listened were all excellent. He told me that he could work around the tree stump in my backyard. They were very straightforward. His quote was much lower than the other 3 companies I received quotes from.

I have been about twenty different times over the last ten years. It takes about five to ten minutes for a sales associate to approach me. They are usually busy. We have to wait a little while until they are ready. It is a really big store, so it is a little hard to find things. The sales associates are knowledgeable. The store is usually clean. The checkout clerks are good.
