+ -1 moreWe exchanged messages repeatedly. Joe called back after each call. When we finally connected in a "live" phone conversation one week or so after my first inquiry, Joe didn't seem to know who I was or readily recall all the messages! However, he asked very thorough questions about my chimney- design, construction material, length, etc. I was very disappointed when he said he would have to call me back later to schedule the appointment. After about 1 week of never hearing back, I scheduled another company. 5 days after that, Joe called with a time he could come by- that very day. We did not hire him.
Description of Work: We were hoping to hire J. Sullivan to clean our chimney, but it did not happen.

+ -1 moreVery good. They were quick and clean, professional and friendly. Pointed out how my flue damper was not closing properly, something to be aware of.
Description of Work: Swept chimney and cleaned interior of fireplace thoroughly.

+ -1 moreIF I HAD DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY IN ONE WORD IT WOULD BE EXCELLENT! THEY JUST DO AN AMAZING JOB EVERY TIME I HIRE THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND DON'T LEAVE A MESS LYING AROUND AFTER THEY FINISH THEIR WORK.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A NICE JOB ON OUR CHIMNEY. THE PRICE THEY CHARGED US WAS MORE THAN THEY QUOTED AND WE HAD TO HOUND THEM TO GET OUR RECEIPT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT VERY GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE AND FIXED OUR CHIMNEY FOR US.
