Work was done promptly and well done but they were very slow providing an installation receipt I had to get a bit angry to get it. Iâ m disappointed that they couldnâ t provide a business card and the receipt didnâ t have the company logo printed as a header otherwise Iâ m satisfied with their work

Great job. Rich spent time explaining options, providing recommendations, and didn't try and push anything. The job was done on the planned date and in the planned timeline. They ran into a few challenges rerouting some of my water lines, but got the job done without nickel and dining. I will be recommending to E and R to others.

Good installation job. Prompt and professional. Charged an extra $50 over estimate for additional proposed install effort.

Asked for, and paid for, a hot water heater with a 10 year warranty. Got one with a six year warranty, was told there was an extended warranty on it. Asked for the paperwork twice, got nothing. Asked for and paid for a leak alarm, got nothing. On the somewhat bright side, there is a new hot water heater with only a six year warranty installed with a pressure relief hose pointing at the wall, it should be a pipe leading to the pan. So at least we should have hot water for the next six years. Very disappointed in Angi.

Truly excellent. Quick response after our request for assistance. Then, came to fix our water heater less than 24 hours later. He worked with us to find a better solution than I originally anticipated and saved us money in the process. Finally, expert installation and job knowledge. We really couldn’t have had a better experience.
