I highly recommend Richard Scardino. His work was of high quality, and good value for the money. Rich arrived at the time agreed and installed a new Hot Water Heater quickly, and efficiently. Rich cleaned up after the work was done.

This is the second time, and last, I hired him. The water heater has been installed 2 months ago, and still no paperwork. You have to beg so that they can give you paperwork, and if they do it will be just a piece of paper, No company logo, no stamp, nothing, just a plain paper with no mentioning of their company logo, their address, their phone, no stamp. Twice promised to come to fix a part, and never showed up, even without any excuses, and I ended up hiring a local plumber, and he did the work. If you live in Orange county you might be lucky, but if you are in Fairfield county or any other county, forget about them coming to your house in case of emergency. I have a business (4 houses) and would like to deal with a respectable company, that provides real paperwork, and show on time when I need them. When he installed the second water heater, there was damage on the side, and he still installed it - we ended up calling the manufacturer... why should I take the risk- The store was 2 minutes drive. He tells you it is a Grade A water heater, but he buys it from a store.

These guys are GREAT, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Rich took the time to assist me in investigating the problem with the Water Heater, in order to avoid installing a new one. We determined that it wasn't salvageable and he gave me a GREAT price for installing a new one. He also took the time to explain the warranty on the new WH and everything was cost efficient. In addition, they worked within my schedule constraints, arrived on time and got it done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend these guys a million times over.
