Because of his professional input, we went with a conventional water heater and they arrived on time and the job was completed much quicker than I expected. They showed up on time and when they said they would. So they were punctual. They performed the job in a timely matter and diligently worked steady till the job was done. I was happy with the job they did. Only i thought for a water heater replacement the cost was too high. Water heater cost $470.00 The charge was $1150.00 pull the old one out and remove it from the basement a take it away install the new one.

Rich was extremely professional and capable in helping me return the wrong heater bought by the first guy, tracking down and ordering the correct heater, and installing it promptly. I had a very urgent need for a new hot water heater, rich and his partner came out the next day nice and early, installed a new one and cleaned everything up very nicely. I am a new homeowner and really appreciate the honesty and affordability of these men. Richard was also available for any questions I had after instal (I had a lot, because I’ve never been through this before) I would 100% use them again. Very happy with the product and service I was given.

Fair price good work and fast

Rick and his assistant arrived the morning after my request to replace a water heater, and quickly and efficiently finished the job in a couple of hours. The final cost was exactly what he quoted, even though the heater was attached to our furnace with a lot of pipes. I highly recommend him!
