I initially thought I had a mouse, and it had moved from my kitchen to the attic. Stoney, the technician from the company, thoroughly went through the whole house with me, looking for signs of animals, places they could get in, and other information. There were some signs of a flying squirrel in the attic, so he set traps there. The animal was trap-wise, so it moved from the attic to other parts of my house, including stealing soap from my bathroom and hiding it in my bedroom closet! Finally, after a couple of weeks of trying, he trapped a rat in my attic. He was very calm and knowledgeable, and just kept suggesting new locations for trapping and methods until it finally worked.

The initial exam was very thorough and educational. I was provided an education on where to look for problems, how to identify problems and how to be proactive in protecting against termites. The subsequent treatment was initially delayed due to rain as they could not insure adequate treatment if applied in wet weather. The two man crew was very thorough, they took their time, covered up any evidence of their treatment and explained the warranty and follow up treatment options.

I know that they are very reputable and I have used them many times. I have also referred them many times. They are honest and they are fair-priced.
