+ -1 morerepair service was performed but there was a delay with the part and the service did not contact me I had to contact them to find out about the delay. The cost for repair was more than I would have paid if I had used Sears appliance repair service as the dryer was a Kenmore/Sears brand.

Description of Work: At the first service call, they said my dishwasher needed a drain pump. A week later, they came back, put in the pump and left. I immediately had trouble with the controls on the dishwasher and water was still not flowing reliably through the machine. A week later they came back. Now I needed to replace the other pump and possibly the control panel. At this time they told me that this is a common problem. Had I been told this at the beginning I would have checked prices and bought a new dishwasher for around $400. The technician said I should call Bosch and see if they will supply the parts, then all I have to pay is for their labor. Really? I have to call and give someone else grief and waste another day waiting for yet another service call. No. This machine is going to the dump. This nondisclosure at the beginning of our association is what is troubling me. Had I been told that the two pumps often fail at the same time and take out the control panel with them, I would have paid for their first call and gotten a new dishwasher at that time. To add to my displeasure, their way of scheduling appointments is poor. They call the day they are coming to tell you when to expect them. This means their customers can't plan their day ahead of time, but have to wait to make plans that day until they have heard from them. I gave them an A for punctuality because they did arrive when they said they would; its their method of setting the time for the appointment that is very poor and their non-disclosure up front which caused me to waste money on a part for a dishwasher that is going to be thrown out.

+ -1 more2 service guys showed up the day after I called. It was on a Saturday. They didn't charge any up charge for the weekend. The part wasn't available so they had to order it. It took several days but they came out and did the repair on Thursday of that week. The service guys were professional and friendly. I had a question about my refrigerator and they pulled it out and checked it out offering suggestions at no charge. Will call them again if I have an appliance problem!
Description of Work: I have a 4 yr old LG stove that the oven stopped heating. They came out & assessed the job, ordered the part & replaced it within a week.

Description of Work: In-wall oven circuit board failed. Veitch came out (he's pretty much a one man outfit) ordered the part (that took the most time - a week) and when it came in, he popped it in. Part was $100, his services $100. Seemed reasonable to me.
