Description of Work: Mark has done some great work for friends and family members of myn and I wish I chose him for my renovations but I went with another family suggestion that turned out horrible. Mark might be a bit more money but so worth it.

 + -1 moreWe were extremely pleased with the work, the materials and the construction crew. Overall it was a very good experience and each project exceeded our expectations. Mark will go out of his way to be sure you are pleased with the work. These were major renovations for us and at all times we felt we were in good hands. His crew is dedicated to making it right, I would not hesitate to recommend him for your projects.
Description of Work: Over the course of a year, we have had three separate projects done: A complete bathroom renovation, a complete kitchen remodel and lastly, a new roof installed.

 + -1 moreHe never inspected the addition and we have frames that were not attached to the sky lights? One of the sky lights is defective resulting in water damage and needs to be replaced! He is arrogant and will not return calls. Don't call him once he has been paid!

 + -1 moreThis was a small project but even so I was relieved and delighted with how quick and painless it was, with a bare minimum of household disruption. The door and windows open and close smoothly and everything looks good. It needed to be finished before the end of 2013 to qualify for a tax credit and it was done as promised. Mark's 4-man crew was able to get the doors out and both openings filled in in one day( particularly welcome in cold weather) leaving some finishing details and final cleanup for the second day. . His men are a well-functioning team who worked briskly and efficiently. They are polite and considerate, and answered my questions with good explanations. Cost of service included all materials, supplies and special hardware I had requested. Final bill matched the estimate.
Description of Work: Removed two sliding doors and replaced one with a new door. In the other opening, a double window with the remaining open space under it filled in with supports, insulation, and sheet rock and trim on the inside. For the exterior, siding to match the rest of the house.
