They were awful. We were very unhappy with everything. Their estimate was vague and difficult to pin them down. We had a few months between leaving our old home and moving our new home in NC. They told us there would be a monthly storage fee, which was fine. When they moved our things to the storage warehouse, they charged us like they had moved it to NC, and then charged us again for the large move from the warehouse to NC. They accused me of not having a brain cell in my head when I questioned the charges. They threatened to not move our furniture to the new location if we didn?t provide cash. I asked to speak to the owner of the business. He called me, and he tried to make nice and said we didn?t have to give cash and agreed to take a certain amount off if we did paid cash. They missed some of our stuff when we did finally move to NC. The same crew ended up bringing our things to our new home. When they came back the second time, they told us that the moving men lost the money. $7200 was somehow lost. This showed me how dysfunctional this company can be. There are still a few things missing. Some of our things were damaged during the move. I had moved with them before and just thought the insurance that came with the move would be enough, but should have gotten extra insurance to cover the damage to our furniture as there was so much.
Description of Work: They moved us from Conneticut to North Carolina.
