+ -1 moreAnother less than responsive and professional experience. For starters they don't call back within 1/2 hour as the voice message states. After several phone calls, miscommunication and being mistaken for another client I gave up. I called them back after they thought I was someone else and was assured they knew who I was and I would be contacted. That was two weeks ago.

+ -1 moreI pay $400 for the whole year. It is like one fee and they come on regular basis to prevent anything. They are nice and responsive. There is always someone to answer the phone. They show up when they say they are going to show up, they call you and you know when they are going to show up. They are reliable service and they get the job done.
Description of Work: I use Guardian Pest Control LLC for pest control and exterminating from spring to fall every time and they are going to start the new cycle next week. The last time I used them was in October.
