This was the best experience with a company that I have never had come to my home before. I run an Airbnb out of my residence and my central air stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. I called all the service people in my area and no one could come for 2 weeks. I was panicked! I found Cawiamca on Angi's list. They are located in Saybrook CT. I wasn't sure they would come all the way to my home in Mystic. The owner himself called me and had someone come out THAT VERY DAY!! And the problem was fixed within an hour. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service man that came out. Fabulous, friendly, and expert service! I highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Cawiamca strongly enough. When we look for a company to do work on our house we look for three things: a track record of good work, fair price, and reliability. Cawiamca has all of these things in spades. The first company to respond to us? Cawiamca. First with a quote? Cawiamca. Our heat pump installation was a big project and took several days, and the Cawiamca team were a pleasure to have at our house. They did great work, left things cleaner than they found them, and always kept us updated. Equally as importantly- Ron and Jeremy are incredibly responsive when I had a question or a need, often responding the same day. Cawiamca is deserving of your business- hire them now!

I'd like to give a AAA+ rating to Ron and Jeremy owners of Cawiamca LLC. These guys are top notch! Ron provided competitive pricing for my new furnace system and installation. Jeremy did the install in less than a full day. I've had the system for little over a year. They came back this fall for an annual cleaning and I signed up with them for a service contract. Fast forward to December 24th Christmas eve. We lost power in Essex and my generator tripped the furnace off due to a surge. I called Ron who was out of state at the time. He phoned me back within 15 minutes. He then sent Jeremy over to survey and fix the problem. Jeremy explained he was on his way out for family festivities when Ron called. CAWIAMCA did an outstanding job installing 2 high efficiency ductless mini splits – 1 at each end of my house. The owners Ron and Jeremy worked with me patiently on the system sizing and selection process, rebates from my power company, income tax credits, etc. Everyone on the installation crew was polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable. They came back next day to complete the installation of the second system despite snow and freezing rain!!! This company is well equipped to do the job efficiently. CAWIAMCA's price was much lower than the other 2 contractors I got estimates from (who planned to use concrete blocks to support the outdoor condensers). CAWIAMCA used quality steel bases with tall legs to support the condensers and keep them higher up away from snow, leaves, mice, etc. Nice looking installation. I could not be happier with a company. :-) CAWIAMCA!!!

I had a heat pump system that died. I must have called at least 10 contractors and was living with no heat for 2 weeks before I got in touch with Cawiamca. Jeremy contacted me back quickly after I submitted a request for a quote, he was able to come out first thing the next day. Out of all the contractors that came out to look at my old system, Jeremy was one of a few who looked at my system thoroughly and was the only one that was honest with me about the old lineset and suggested another solution, the mini split system, which is a cheaper option for me. He provided me a quote the same day and was able to start the job as soon as I agreed. His team arrived on time first thing in the morning, finished the job quickly and beautifully, cleaned up after themselves and removed my old system. I have to mention that Jeremy was very responsive whenever I have questions, day or night. I could not have been happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Cawiamca to anybody and sure will recommend them to everyone I know.

Excellent. I highly recommend this company. Prompt service, very fair pricing. Researched my furnace to better understand my unit and attained parts needed to repair within a 1/2 hour. Their technician was a great guy.

We were referred to Cawiamca in Old Saybrook, CT, 860-661-5913, by Fujitsu United States, to fix our Split System air conditioner that stopped working on the hottest day of the year. Cawiamca technicians responded immediately. They are professional, efficient and personable. They analyzed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable fee. We couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. We will certainly use Cawiamca if needed again.

The installation of a completely new AC system went great! We were informed they were coming with plenty of notice. The two young men, Dustin and Ronnie, couldn’t have been any more respectful, professional, neat, helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend them and their company, Cawaimca, to anyone! Also, their lead guy, Jeremy, another wonderful young man who was very responsive to our needs and always kept me informed. Five stars for these guys and company!!!

They were quick to answer our inquiry and quick to schedule an appointment, quick to provide a proposal and after being hired they were quick to start and finish the installation. Very professional, easy to work with and a very high quality installation.

Although I eventually went with another contractor for this job, Ron bid on it, and he and his crew were absolute professionals the whole way, answering all of my questions promptly and clearly. In the end, Cawiamca's bid was a bit higher than their competitor, but I would not hesitate to go back to them in the future for other work that may arise. A pleasure to deal with.

I was in the market for a ductless AC system for my house. With a project like this, it is wise to get multiple estimates and do your research. Cawiamca came right away to provide me with an estimate, came in at the best price, and could start the work the soonest. They installed three head units in the bedrooms and one in my living area. They left no mess in my home and placed drop cloths at the entrance. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my AC system and stand behind their products and labor. I would highly recommend them.
