Description of Work: After speaking to whomever answered the phone and being assured we would receive a quote by email, we heard nothing. Nothing in the spam filter, nothing in the inbox, no follow up phone call. After more than a week of waiting for a quote we contacted a different house and roof washing service. Their lack of response lost them this customer.
