make sure you realize that this is NOT power washing. It is soft washing-- done with a bleach and soap mixture. good for roofs, and siding, but I would not recommend for hard surfaces like stone and driveways. seems to need the friction of the power washing to really clean those types of surfaces. ALSO- do in the fall NOT the spring. you will ruin you new growth if done in the spring.

American Safe Wash did a great job of installing the Rain Drop Gutter Guards on our home. They also used their "safe wash" method to clean our entire home, including the roof. They cleaned a couple of side sheds, and our backyard vinyl fence, as well. The results are awesome, and no POWER washing was used.

American Safe Wash did both our dryer vent cleaning and powerwashed our house and deck. Both experiences very good. What was MOST annoying was the duplicated reminders and emails between Home Advisor and American Safe Wash. Made me feel like one hand didn't know what the other was doing. Fix that

Very disappointing for the soft wash job, the shutters are not done correctly and the soffits. He was rude and he would not take responsibility, told me i called him to many times.

I would definitely hire them again. My home looks brand new!! I also had them do an old shed with lichen on the roof and it looks fantastic.

The service techs did an excellent job in adverse weather conditions. They went above and beyond what was called for in the contract, doing little things that they saw needed to be done.

I hired them because they were willing to work around my schedule compared to other companies I looked into. I needed the work done at a rental property so it involved me traveling to get there as well. I was told that I would receive a phone call an hour ahead of time which never happened. Every time I followed up to see what was happening the time frame changed and no one knew where the contractor was that was doing the job. There was so much back and forth with phone calls to coordinate getting things done it became a headache. When I arrived to the condo no one was there after getting a phone call they were there, I was stuck in traffic since they called me late. When they finally came they seemed polite and did a good job but it was such a headache with the customer service aspect. Even the system they have indicated they had appointments on Sundays which was not true. They need to work on their customer service. Overall looks like they got good reviews, partially why I hired them. However, my experience wasn't the same except the pricing which was better than competitors and they were willing to come do the job sooner.

customer service is great, there was wonderful communication and the manager scheduled the service in a timly manner and seemed concerned about my problem and the worker showed up on time. He was professional, polite and took care to avoid my flowers and not leave a mess. He was a good guy, his name was Jesse. New to the company but concerned with doing the job right. My only complaint is that 140 seems a little pricey for cleaning out a two foot dryer vent. On the other hand, it was a second story vent, and he had to travel quite a distance to get here, So I complain with a grain of salt. Overall a very good experience!! Thanks guys!!!

So far so good - completed application of roof wash elements on a very tall house in a tree-covered lake property. Time will tell - roof is looking better following some months after treatment - which is normal.

Very professional, I was contacted within hours of my request. They provided a quote over the phone and followed it up with a contract to be signed. Work was scheduled with in a week.

Angie called me back right away to talk about my project. She came out to give a quote within a day or two of the call. She was very easy to get a hold of , given my working schedule. A time was scheduled for the work to be done and reminders were sent out, along with directions for my plants. The men who came out were very nice and knowledgeable. They talked to my son, played with my dog, answered my questions and were really nice. I would definitely hire again!
