I'll Let the public decide: American Safe Wash just left my house. They sent two young men over at the time they promised and did a good job of cleaning the house and gutters as anticipated. When they were done I noticed that my back deck had several black marks over the high traffic areas where they had walked and dragged the hoses. I asked them to clean it and they tried but were unable to. I was unhappy and spoke at length with the owner who essentially told me I was negligent in not informing them that I had painted the deck 3 days earlier. The paint I used(Latex) suggested a 2 hour wait between coats and 24 hours before walking on it. The owner feels no responsibility because he uses no-mark hoses and I didn;t notify him that I had painted it recently. He said that if he had know he would have recommended a 2 week wait before doing the job. That would have been fine with me if that was his recommendation. So, now I'm left with a marked up deck that has to be repainted. I argue that this is his business and he is in a better position to know the potential problems that could arise. I believe the price should be discounted but he refused stating the fault was mine. I paid him which was probable a mistake. My only recourse now is to never hire him again. Who's in the right?

Workers were polite, professional and efficient. They have good communication with customers and we're neat and on time. Great results.

I was led to believe that cleaning the roof was a two-step process. The moss is supposed to wash off during natural rain storms. I am concerned about my gutters getting clogged which would require another gutter cleaning. The workers were very responsive to my request for pictures of a sagging gutter. I cannot rate the work quality because the job is not yet done.

So, Ralph was super accommodating and managed to get our service scheduled before the snow flew (plus he was a hoot to talk to on the phone). The guys who came on site were extremely polite and cleaned up everything. They totally respected our interest in keeping the muck from the gutters off the new gravel. Service charge was reasonable. Totally would recommend.

Real PROS - cleaned my vents, exterior home and removed mold off my roof. They know what they are doing and are really really nice guys!

This was for gutter cleaning. From the initial contact to job completion was a bit long. After waiting almost a week to be scheduled I called the main office thinking they forgot about me. The girl knew who I was and said she was working on the scheduling and I would get an e-mail the next day for a time next week. This was on a Wednesday. There was no e-mail that week or the next. On Tuesday the following week I received a phone call from a guy saying they would be there tomorrow between 7:30 and 9:30 AM. They got here at 12:30 PM. Once they were here they were very friendly and did a good job. Would I use American Safe Wash again probably. The price was the best I found and like I said they did a good job.
