From to Spring to Fall, we are a roof cleaning company with currently 3 employees. We are growing extremely quickly in this area and will be expanding as business permits. We are primarily low-pressure roof cleaners, but we do offer power washing of other items such as walks, decks, siding, gutters, etc. We use the latest technology, and equipment, and use a lift to clean your roof, so we are not using ladders, scaffolding, etc. If you are in need of other services for your home, we are happy to recommend some contractors that have exemplary service records and references. A 50% deposit is required to schedule an appointment, with the remainder due within 14 days of completion of work. We accept all forms of major credit cards onsite, and create one-of-a-kind proposals on the spot! Go to our website and enter your email address for seasonal specials and coupons. We always offer a referral credit program. If you refer us to a job, and they decide to use us, we give each party involved a $25 credit, with unlimited rewards! During the Winter months, we specialize in commercial snow and ice removal from roofs, sidewalks and parking lots. During this time of year, our workforce can grow to over 100 direct employees, with no sub contractors. We are equipped with the latest equipment to make snow removal safe, efficient, and cost effective for all those involved. We handle all sizes of commercial accounts from campus-size to single parking lots. For our commercial customers, we offer a net 30 standard payment schedule, unless otherwise negotiated. If you are a customer of ours for both seasons, we offer discounts that vary, depending on the size and scope of work.

We offer low-pressure cleaning/washing, as well as pressure washing of sidewalks and driveways, steps, decks, patios, siding, walls, headstones, etc. During the Fall to Spring, we offer commercial snow removal from sidewalks, parking lots, and roofs.
