It's fine. They were on time and professional.

Arrived as scheduled and completed in 3-1/2 days. Very punctual for estimate, paint selection and performing the work. Worked efficiently and completed without delays.

Painting was done quickly. Everything was cleaned up. No complaints.

Honest and professional. Did two coats of paint. Had to repair and retape,can't even see the repair. Job well done.

I was very disappointed, she left spots on the walls that were not painted and she left all her paint cans and garbage for me to clean up afterwards. I do not recommend hiring this person.

Great. Looks pretty. She had good suggestions from experience. She was flexible when we wanted to add some extra trim. There was a bit of a delay for the start (1 week), but Donna gave me plenty of warning so it wasn't a problem. She was excellent about communicating with me ahead and during the painting.

They started upstairs and worked their way down. The last three rooms that they were supposed to paint they rushed through the process. They knew a week ahead that I was having the cabinets in the kitchen put in. They should have planned to do this at a sooner time. There was a hole in a wall which they fixed. But they did not patch or sand any of the holes. Throughout the house there is a lot of paint on the trim and on the mantle. There were places that paint bled through because they only did one coat on the downstairs.They spent more time outside smoking rather than inside working. I have a lot of people who could prove this. At this point, I would appreciate them to come out in fix it or resolve in another way. I am not happy at all with their work. I spoke with Donna herself and she said that Jeff (her head painter) would come out and fix the mistakes and finish the floors. He never showed and now she is messaging me saying she is not doing anything else. I do not feel that I got what I paid for.

They re-scheduled a couple of times which was okay. There wasn't enough discussion that took place because they didn't have enough paint. I am going to have it repainted again. It was not great.

my son had placed stickers completely around the periphery of the room, and we had to gouge out pieces of the wall in some places. We spackled the best we could but she completed the repairs (not in the contract) and did a beautiful job with the painting

This painter had a great attitude and I will use her again in the future.

Donna and her son, Sean, were professional, punctual, and pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves each day during this five-day job. We live in a newer home, and the builder used sub-par paint, presenting a number of challenges. Altogether, an awesome job! We are very happy! Donna did a fabulous job. She is meticulous and thorough in her work. She promptly replied to my inquiry and was out shortly after to see the space and give me an estimate. She was always on time every day and cleaned up when she left. She gave me an update every day on the work that she completed and what she was going to focus on each day. I can't say enough how great she was. I thought compared to other quotes I got she was reasonable and the quality of work I couldn't get elsewhere. I would use her for any other job I had in the future! I wish I had known about her sooner.

(We did remove the wallpaper from the bathroom walls and prepped them first to save $$'s and have a good winter projec on these snowy weekendst! ) She came with all her supplies and supplemented materials when and where necessary. She was very good. If she was going to be 1/2 hr late, she would call. She was very punctual. She is very professional. I was impressed with her. I had another estimate from someone else that was higher. Two of my other friends have used her and recommended her. She is a nice person and it was nice having her in my house. I felt very comfortable with her.
