These guys were great! If it wasn't for their determination and ingenuity, the dishwasher under the counter would not have come out. They stayed until they got the job done completely and were reasonable in what they charged. In addition, they came exactly when they said they would -- I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have used JUST DUMP IT and each time they have done an outstanding job in getting rid of unwanted items in, or in this case around, our home. They are very professional and thorough, communicate well, kept us informed of schedule, and charged a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend them for junk removal.

The JDI team called the night before to confirm our appointment. They arrived on time and were very professional. Most of all the price was reasonable.

Excellent. Read reviews on Angie's list and decided to call. Owner Tom Larson answered the phone himself, and provided a clear price estimate and scope of services based on my description of the intended task. Although their location was about an hour from ours, that was not an issue. Tom made sure to bring the appropriate staff to assist in the removal of the heavy furniture and equipment. He confirmed the appointment, ensured that insurance coverage was emailed immediately from his agent, and arrived on time on the scheduled day. From beginning to end of the project, Tom and his crew were courteous and efficient, and navigated some tough corners and steps in removing the heaviest and unwieldy of the items - all the while being very conscious of ensuring no damage to our premises. Also impressive was at the end of clearing the garage, Tom and crew - without asking - left it broom clean. It was a great experience, and I will hire them again to finish the basement clean-up, and highly recommend them to anyone considering junk removal services.

Guys were awesome. They worked quickly cleaning out a bunch of old household stuff. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Amazing service. Tom and Jason were in the area so on 2 hrs. notice they arrived to move furniture i didn't want anymore. There was an extra charge to take apart a sofa bed, which took some time, so the whole job took an hour. Very friendly and professional. Well worth the cost!

Excellent. These guys were on time, quick, efficient, and swept up behind them, even in areas in which they did not work. There is a sense of quality and intelligence in what they do and how they do it. That's rare. I hesitate to write too positive a review, for fear they will get so busy they won't be able to schedule us next time! But truly, they're excellent.

Just Dump It did a tremendous job! They were friendly and courteous--both on the phone and in person. They called the night before the appointment to reconfirm, showed up on time at our house, and removed all items in about an hour's time. We feel like finding them was a God send since we're still unpacking our house. We will definitely be calling them again!

Tom is amazing! I called him on a Saturday and he answered....We made plans to check out my project on Monday. He looked at my garage and basement (both filled to the rafters) and gave me a quote. I hired him on the spot. The very next day a dumpster was dropped off in my driveway and then on Thursday "the team" arrived promptly at 8 am. These guys were effecient, quick and so professional! With good humor and a few "Just Dump It" lines these guys took care of the whole project in less than 4 hours! Too boot, Tom agreed to move my living and dining room furniture back into my home. His Uncle Dennis, oversaw this process and made certain all the furniture had pads placed to not destroy my newly surfaced hardwood floors. I can't say enough about these guys! Just Dump It ROCKS!!! Excellent. Tom and crew showed up began work immediately, and performed the work as promised for the agreed price. I had sent a photograph of the proposed items and we agreed on a price and date via text. The original attempt at contacting Just Dump It via Angie's List message board didn't get there, so I tried leaving a phone message and the call back was immediate, as was all further conversation.

Absolutely fantastic work! You can't even tell the shed had been sitting there for years. Not one scrap of wood was left. Tom was professional and punctual. He was on time for our initial appointment and on the work day. He was able to perform the work even on my tight schedule. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We never would have been able to do this on our own. It was just overwhelming. These two young fellows came on time, smiling and just did the job efficiently without one complaint and it was a lot of work. The potting shed was full of old equiipment, pots, old furniture, etc. We had cleaned out cabinets, etc in the garage but when they lifted an old cabinet, there was a mouse nest. They just cleaned it up quickly and got on with the job. If I ever need help again, I will definitely call them. I couldn't have found a better company to do the work.

Tom was very professional ,informed me of the price for a full truck ,and the extra costs for tires and a matresses.He phoned one day ahead to confirm our prearranged time.He and his assistant were punctual and had his truck filled in less than an hour and a half.I thought his price was fair and have arranged a return date for another truckload.

I inquired with "Just Dump It" to haul away a large broken up sofa sleeper, a loveseat, an old lawnmower and a couple of other large items. They gave me an upfront cost along with any additional charges that I would face (e.g. I had a sofa-sleeper with a mattress that the state required be disposed on in a certain manner at a cost of $15 for disposal. Just Dump It charged me this exact $15 additional charge in advance of them coming to my site for disposing of the mattress within my state). They came at 9:22 AM on a Friday and by 9:28 AM (the same day) they were done. Giving it another one minute, they had swept up the entire area and took away what they swept up. The entire job site appeared as though I never had anything there in the first place. Personally, I was simply stunned how fast, quick and professional they were in doing what I called them to do. I highly recommended them for hauling away items you just want to get rid of. Very fair pricing with very good, courteous service!
