+ -1 moreAfter sizing and estimating the needed capacity of the system he schedule an installation. He and two techs scheduled a follow up to install the system(s). They were precise and very meticulous in the way the system was installed as our house is older and has a funny layout. The systems functioned perfectly and we have been using them to both cool in the summer and heat in the spring and fall. Our Oil usage has gone down and our electric usage has also been reduced by removing three window AC units. Followup calls have been made to tune the systems as well as any warranty services. Joe (the owner) and his team are very professional and extremely courteous at all times.
Description of Work: Benedetto installed a new heat pump and ductless AC system in my home.
