Tassio was a great communicator and started the job when promised. He and his team were always on time or early, stayed late, and completed the job with high marks on quality. Tassio's ability to listen and solve problems were what impressed me the most. He was very good at understanding our wants, while giving us his thoughts on how best to achieve.

Tassioâ s business ethic was very good - he was punctual and responded to email immediately. He initially pressure-washed the house which revealed that our house did not repainting as I thought but many rotten pieces of trim needed to be replaced with expanded PVC and painted. Tassio was very responsive to our initial inquiry. He arrived on-time and provided an immediate and cost-effective estimate to address some rot found on the exterior of our home. He stripped-off some boards and replaced them with new ones and then painted the different areas making them look like their original state. His work was excellent, and he was very accommodating to our aggressive timetable. He cleaned up very nicely, and was very level-headed throughout the course of a fairly hectic project.

They showed up on time, did a thorough repair job replacing all the rotten wood around 4 sets of French doors, and went beyond the call of duty to provide additional insulation when they discovered it was missing. And their clean up was just as thorough. My husband and I were so impressed with their knowledge and repair work. Thank you Tassio and team for your professionalism and expertise. Tassio did an excellent job power washing the house. He went beyond the standard service, clearing the gutters, moving the porch furniture and tidying up as he worked with his team. Tassio Rosa and his crew removed the old wooden steps to my front porch, replaced them with something nicer and wider, installed railings and replaced pavers in the walkway.
