Several days later we received a 90+ page report complete with a staggering amount of information and pictures - just an exceptionally thorough job. He took the time to explain anything I had questions on, and was just a total pro. I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone looking for home inspection and would hire him again!

The NPV analysis following inspection came in very handy and gave me a well-informed perspective as a first-time homebuyer. + -1 moreA home is the biggest purchase you will probably make, so you definitely want a highly-skilled professional looking out for your interests. Louis was that professional. His 100-page report was thorough and informative. He was extremely knowledgeable and accessible for any questions I had during and after the inspection. He even provided additional tools and spreadsheets that I could use to determine if this purchase was right for me. His engineering background was a huge plus! His service is worth every penny!
