Team Sewer Water & Septic

Team SW&S was great to work with, both professional and friendly. Main sewer line broke off our house at the foundation creating an emergency situation. Requested a quote directly through the HomeAdvisor website and got a call back from them within 10 minutes. Price quoted was very fair compared to "big name" plumbing company. They came out within an hour of quote to confirm the work and showed up first thing next morning to make the repair. Repair was completed quickly and professionally at the quoted price. Team took the time to show me the completed work before filling in the ground, as well as before pictures of the failure, so I was able to fully see and understand the work performed. Clean up was quick and would hardly have known they were there if not for the seed and straw they kindly laid where they dug. All work was completed earlier than expected. I would certainly use Team as my first choice for any future work, and recommend them to my own friends and family. Oh, and they put up with my hyperactive dogs at no additional cost.

We hired Team Sewer and Septic to connect for a new water line and they did a great job. They treated our property with respect and cleaned up every bit of debris from the project. The borer they used to install the pipe under our driveway saved us money because we didn't have to tear up the driveway. We were impressed with the job they did and we highly recommend them.

Team Sewer and Water was hired to provide a Soil Test required for a Building Permit. Response for a quote was quick and pricing was very good. The Soil Test was conducted within a week of contract and owner, Peter Viltrakis oversaw the work. Soil Testing was completed on the scheduled date and time with minimal disturbance of the property. Generally a great experience from beginning to end.

The city of Wtby sent me letter saying my service line was leaking , I called Team sewer they gave me a reasonable estaminet to do the job, When Peter went to the location to look at it, he advised me to call them back that he didn't think it was mine that had a leak , he was correct and saved me thousands, ANYONE THAT DOSEN'T CALL THIS ONEST CONTRACTOR IS CRAZY.

New owner was present and they took time to explain the process and care and maintenance of system. Got all permits and arranged the inspection as well. Would highly recommend. Replacing our septic tank went really well. The entire process from a quick and reasonable quote to getting the lawn reseeded went perfectly from beginning to end. I would highly recommend TEAM Sewer to anyone.
