+ -1 moreCraig was quick to respond and schedule the estimate. Craig also showed up on time and was very professional during the estimate. If it wasn't for getting a lower price from another contractor, I would have hired Craig LaPlante and he came in a very close second place during my search for a contractor to rebuild my deck.

+ -1 moreArrived at appointed time, checked the damaged window, and since I had explained the problem over the phone previously, he had a part which he thought would be useful. He installed the part easily and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. The window is now installed again and I feel confident it will be fine until/unless I decide to install a whole new double hung tilt-in.
Description of Work: Brought a part for the window, installed it, urged caution when cleaning window since the part was a temporary fix.
