 + -1 moreMr Huntoon very specific of the materials to be used. He was very punctual. Clean up after each visit. Flexible to work Saturdays, Sunday and after hours.
Description of Work: 50 SqFt. of porcelain flooring. The job required that the old flooring (ceramic tile) would be pulled out; he found another layer of vinyl flooring which had to also be pulled off. Installed the new backboard and flooring and it came out beautiful.

 + 0 moreBarry started on a Sunday and finished the job in record time. While in the midst of the project, he located an area that was in need of extensive repair. Rather than skip over this repair to finish the portion of the job he was hired for, he informed us of the issue as well as his plan to fix the problem. His attention to detail saved us future repair costs and has made the property even more ascetically pleasing. Due to Barry's work ethic, the job he performed and his integrity, we are looking forward to hiring him again in the future and have referred him to several members of our family. Description of Work: Barry came to our rental property to give us a quote to repaint the entire second floor apartment. He was able to meet us the same day we reached out to him. He was on time, professional and courteous. After taking a look around, Barry said he would call us with the a price. The price was exactly what we were looking to pay and the materials estimate was also aligned with our estimates. Fortunately for us, he was able to start the project immediately.

 + 14 moreEach service Mr. Huntoon has performed for us has been professionally and courteously attended to. The work was performed on time and expertly completed. The price was always reasonable and easy to come to an agreement. This young man has been well trained and that training comes out in excellent work and work habits.
Description of Work: Rebuilt our kitchen from the floor joists up. Our new floor is gorgeous, the cabinet work is excellent, and the fit and finish is superb. In the past Mr. Huntoon has reroofed our house(excellent job), repaired our deck, installed new windows, and repaired our front and rear porches.
