Description of Work: I purchased a garage door opener and ordered the installation service at Sep 10, 2013, Then I realized my old garage door was not blocken, but the extension spring blocken. I had a local business to repair the spring. So I returned the unopened garage door opemer and canceled the insallation service by talking over the phone and in person during I returned the item Sep 14, 2013. today is more than 20 days later, I did not received any refund to my credit card that they charged at Sep 10, 2013.

I've been using them for carpet cleaning for a few years. They always have come as agreed. The work is always superb and I'm always pleased with the way they look after Sears has cleaned them. I think their servicemen are very polite, professional, and friendly. The price is also good.
Description of Work: I had Sears clean the carpets in two average sized bedrooms, the living and dining rooms, halls, and a staircase in my house. They moved the furniture.

THE WORK THEY PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. MY HOUSE DID SMELL BETTER AFTER THEY REMOVED THE DIRT. THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY CHARGE BY HOW MUCH WORK THEY HAVE TO DO. MY HOUSE IS SMALLER SO I LIKE THAT IT WASN'T A FLAT FEE. THE PEOPLE WERE OUTGOING AND VERY NICE. THEY GAVE ME ALL THE WARNINGS ABOUT HOW THINGS MIGHT FALL OUT OF THE VENTS BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED ON THE WORK.
