Very professional and punctual company. Price was what he quoted job was completed in one day. Cleaned up after job and was very helpful and informative throughout the process. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was completely satisfied with the price and professional service.

Jarod and his crew did a great job of replacing our roof. He explained to us exactly what needed to be done, the process and his estimate. Even with an unexpected issue with my new skylight he was able to install it and it did not alter the estimate that was quoted. His crew worked very hard and they left the property cleaned up when they left. I would recommend JS & R Roofing to my friends and family for their roofing needs.

The paperwork was set up on Saturday and a new roof was put on the house Monday, Everything was cleaned up and gone by the time I got back on Wednesday. The house looks great and I am very happy with the work, very professional.

Everything went very well. I solicited three bids, and Jarod's was easily the most favorable. Work was scheduled to proceed shortly after signing the contract, and though we were delayed by weather twice, work began on my first available rain-free day. Original time estimate was one day, but my roof has "challenging" contours and pitch, so the crew returned for a few hours on the following day to finish up. His crew worked methodically and professionally, replacing one large fixed skylight (which I provided) perfectly and reflashing seven others. Compromised roof plywood was replaced and ample water-and-ice shielding laid down (in contrast to the insufficient water-and-ice that had been laid down originally). All drip edge was replaced. Clean-up was thorough, and I have found fewer than ten small-ish pieces of miscellaneous debris in the undergrowth surrounding my house. I am not an early riser, and Jarod went out of his way to let me sleep in on the weekend mornings that this work took place, taking care of moving things surrounding the worksite out of the way. Communication was excellent. Jarod is professional, energetic, and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend JS&R to others. I will update this review over time with anything that might develop as a result of this work.

Jarod was very good in explaining the quality and value of the his materials he was using for the job. The job was done expeditiously and neatly. I can confidently say that the quality of his work passed the test of the weather we had this past winter thanks to JS and R, LLC.

Company was great!! Employees worked from about 7:30 am to dusk, cleaned up their debris from the yard and driveway. Had the dumpster removed within a few days and even let me toss an old TV in there! We opted to have "ice & water shield" installed, rather than plain tar paper between the plywood and shingles because our roof wasn't very steep. The new shingles look great and actually have two other colors mixed into the granules, which you don't notice from a distance, but offers us the possibility of changing the homes' vinyl siding color and still matching the shingles. One guy came back the next morning to install new flashing around our two chimneys, and do a few clean up passes with a special magnet to ensure all nails were picked up. We were very satisfied with JS&R Roofing! After the job was done, while talking with the owner Jarod, I learned he is the volunteer football coach for my nephew.

I have no complaints. Jared is especially personable and concerned with quality.

Men were very professional. Jared didn't try to hide anything. He pointed out issues before he quoted the roof, unlike some others that came and left quotes and they never even went up to see the roof. They job was done when we were told and finished on time. All of the clean up was done to my complete satisfaction.

Very prompt and professional service! This is the 3rd house I've used this company for (put roofs on my daughters' too) and I've been very pleased each time. On one job, he found some shoddy construction underneath when he stripped off the old shingles. The plywood was too thin for the span between the joists. He immediately called me at work and explained the situation. For a reasonable extra amount, he repaired as necessary. By the time I arrived from work at 3 in the afternoon, they were nearly done and ready to clean up which they do well, also. On my own house, I never saw them because they came and went while I was at work! What a great feeling to leave in the morning with an old roof and come home to a brand new one in the afternoon. They have done roll roofing on flat roofs for me, flashing, standard shingling and valleys. The one time a shingle buckled because of heat, they quickly returned to repair. With the quality of their work, I don't expect to need another roof for the rest of my life but if I ever move, I won't hesitate to call them again.

Tarped entire house and part of lawn and bushes. Remove old shingles, replaced 2 sheets of plywood, used a leaf blower to clean off roof and clean out gutters, and installed new roof. All workers were clean-cut and respectful. Also did the same process at a rental property at 135 Squire St., New London, Ct. 06320.

Jared was quick to return my phone call and to set up an estimate. He was able to get the job started quickly from the day we met. Him and his crew worked fast and efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. There were many issues found along the way due to the age of my home but his crew was always able to point out the problems quickly come up with a resolution. Prior to leaving the job site they made sure that my yard was clean of all nails and debris.
