Saw I had an issue on Sunday, called Diamond Plumbing and my issue was repaired Monday morning.

Had an old toilet that had shifted due to old plumbing. Repair required some creative adaptation of the environment. Marcus was up to the task. Pleasant and easy to work with. Cleaned the area thoroughly as he went, and left us with confidence that the problem had been solved.

they were very professional, they also pointed ouy other problems. 1. was a cracked sewer pipe in my basement, I want to have tankless waterheater installed, my current water heater is over 11 years old. I also need to upgrade my electrical service. I will continue to use this company.

I had a broken pipe in the shower and where the separation was left a piece of threading on the pipe behind the wall. Initially these guys wanted to put a hole in the closet to get to the shower pipe but I resisted and wouldn't let them, requiring them instead to work at unthreading the portion that remained in the shower pipe. It was difficult to do due to rotting and thinness of the threaded piece but after a good 20 minutes of work they got it out without putting hole in the wall. They were very agreeable to trying it my way rather than the easiest way (making a hole) and we all ended up smiling. They were very professional and courteous.

When I came home they were sitting in my yard I didn't even have to call them now they even offer to clean my furnace they were awesome thanks again

Very professional team and I was actually impressed by the fact that they were in process of training a new person to join the team. They also made additional recommendations based on my symptoms which I also purchased and what a difference. I will be hiring them again to deal with a leaking oil tank issue.
