I think $200..00 is too much money to charge, as I am on a fixed income. I am not going to use them again.

Prompt, friendly and efficient service (on a Saturday morning no less) when my water heater failed. I would definitely call Diamond Plumbing and Heating in the future should I need plumbing service!

They have 24 hour service We called them at 11 pm and Said they would send someone immediately if necessary. I told them it wasn’t an emergency and they were there by 10:30 am the next day

I did business with this firm twice in the last three months and was satisfied. I had an outdoor faucet installed the first time, and the second time a leak on the water pump in my basement repaired easily. However, I heard my water pump come on when I wasn't using the water and checked the pump again. Another spraying leak this time. I called four times in a six day period. Not one call returned. Why I waited to call someone one else is beyond me! I thought a return call would be appropriate at least! And they weren't cheap either. Sorry to say, don't waste your time or money.

They were very polite went straight to work. Installed a new well pump and tank. Every thing worked as planned.

Was very disappointing. Did not show up for two appointments. Customer service was apologetic and said someone will come soon. After calling HomeAdvisor to inform them of this issue, I received a call asking for my location. He and his team arrived and found the cause of the problem, cutting into the wall and removing ceiling tile. He was asked to write an invoice for insurance purposes. Never received the invoice but customer service informed me they were in touch with my agent. Called for completion of work and given an appointment, and again no show! He charged and was paid for the assessment but , no call and no work completed. Had to find someone else to complete a job Diamond Plumbing started but was not reliable enough to complete.

They did not tell me it would be a minimum of $160 to just show up and check out the job. I had an appointment on a Friday at 4pm. They never showed up and I had to call them. I rescheduled for Monday at 4pm, they never showed up so I called them. 6:30 they showed up and it took 3 minutes to fix my problem.

Diamond Plumbing and Heating was able to have Markus come out to diagnosis our issue the day after I called. Markus spent several hours troubleshooting the system and determined the issue while keeping me informed. Once the problem was identified he worked diligently to have the parts covered under warranty which reduced our expense noticeably. There were some delays in having the new parts installed but that was due to the manufacturer and outside of Diamond’s control. It was an all day job on a 90 degree day to replace the parts and refrigerant but Markus did it professionally and was able to get our AC up and running. We’re happy with the service he provided and will use Diamond in the future for any other projects.

The guys that worked at my house were very professional easy to talk to and got my water back very quickly I would recommend them to anyone in need of there services

They came the same day and installed the water heater that day. I think they were a little expensive, $350 over estimate, but did a very good job the same day.

Excellent work ethic. On time, explained everything, very friendly. Would recommend to others.

Quick diagnosis of boiler issue. Turned out to be thermostat. Changed out very quickly so house is warm again!

They called immediately after I inquired, and came out the next day which was a Sunday. He fixed the broken pipe and additionally fixed a leaky fixture while he was here. A little pricey for the work that was done but that's too be expected, especially on a Sunday.
