Description of Work: Last fall contacted for furnace cleaning showed up 45 minutes late and explained an error was made, so let it go. Contacted for AC repair and informed they would be out later that morning. At 4:15pm, no show, no call. I called to inquire the status and of course the receptionist knew nothing and informed me she would have some call me back. I let the receptionist know I needed a call back tonight or I would have to call another company. Surprise, surprise, no one called back. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

+ 3 moreThe owner and his assistant came to our home very shortly after we had inquired bout an estimate. He discussed all the heat and furnace possibilities available to us and helped us decide which would be best for our home. He provided us with an estimate within a week of his first visit. His estimate was THOUSANDS LESS than another contractor we were in touch with through Home Depot. We signed a contract and they started working within a few days. There was a tremendous amount of work involved in the job we contracted for. The installation was time consuming but the men worked day after day from early morning until at least 5pm and sometimes into the early evenings. The new gas hydro air system as well as the on demand water system looks AMAZING! It takes a tremendous among of skill to install one of these units. When it was discovered the A/C unit we contracted for did not qualify us for the rebate we expected, the owner promptly brought in a different upgraded unit. The guys came out at a moments notice when it came time for the sunroom installers to work near the proposed A/C unit we had planned. They worked flawlessly with the other contractors to be sure the Mitsubishi unit was installed in the very best possible location. Then they went on to install it THAT DAY...even when they had not planned to be here for that particular install for several more days. I could go on and on, since our contracted job was so big. Even at a moments notice they accommodated my last minute need for custom low profile ductwork in the basement despite having already installed a part of the stock ductwork. This company's owner is extremely fair and honest. His work is meticulous and he really cares about what your needs are and that you are satisfied.
Description of Work: This company effectively replaced most every bit of plumbing in our home. As well as removing our entire old oil fired system and replacing it will a gas hydro-air system with all new ductwork. Lastly we had TWO central A/C units installed for both levels of our home. To start, they removed our old oil furnace and oil tank, furnace and old copper pipes. They ran new Pex pipe for entire house. They re-plumbed two entire bathrooms, right down to the bathtub, shower and multiple sink fixtures and repaired much of the existing sewage pipe running from various areas of the home. Installed gas lines from the outside of our home and attached them to a complete hydro air natural gas furnace with a new hot water on demand system. Complete new installation of whole house A/C including ductwork. Installation of one Mitsubishi ductless A/C/heat unit to new sunroom.

+ -1 moreoriginal estimate was for $2800, then he wanted an additional $2000.00 after job was completed. The job was done well and on time for the most part but way over priced! Steer clear of this company!
Description of Work: replace old copper pipe with plastic but went way over estimate even after discount. Had to deal with him by phone in an emergency and did not get estimate in writing.
