I entered the parameters of my job into Angie's List and Marta actually contacted ME, which suggests that she wanted this business. I described the job, we set a date well into the future and I told her I'd leave the key under the mat. She even confirmed the appointment with me afterward by e-mail. No one showed up. There was no reason, no excuse, no attempt to reschedule: Just a complete no-show. I was really relying on this service since I have a busy career and family life and I only had time to do so much cleaning myself before moving out. Once I was stood up, I didn't have time to book another service and had to return the unit to my landlord in less-than-ideal condition, which has created friction that I didn't need when trying to close out that relationship. I e-mailed Marta asking what happened and why no one showed up, but she simply ghosted me and never responded. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for a cleaning service. Not only will they screw you over, but apparently they can't even be bothered to apologize.
