Valentino's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Norwalk

Val is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. As a new client I have used Angie's List three times and the first two times I called the A+ listing on the top of the review list the businesses in question never even called back. When I called Valentino's and got voicemail I was expecting the same. Imagine my surprise when Val (the owner/operator) called me back in 5 minutes. I was able to make an appointment only a few days later. When the appointment day came and Val was going to be a couple minutes late he called ahead and gave me a specific time he would be there and sure enough there he was. Val has tremendous energy and passion. I can say truthfully I have never hired a carpet cleaner as good as Val and I have tried several. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, a cat, and lots of visiting animals in our house so you can imagine the nature of the stains. Val was able to get all the carpets sparkling clean and looking good as new. I don't know if it's the extra hard work he does or if he has better than average equipment, but he does the best job I have ever seen. Val was friendly, fast, fairly priced and just generally fantastic. He not only did the job I hired him for he also cleaned several small throw rugs for free as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Valentino's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to anyone looking to clean their carpets!

Val is fantastic! He cleaned our basement carpet, which had huge stains of unknown origin from the previous owners. In no time at all, he got out the stains and made our carpet look fabulous! Val is an independent owner/operator and takes pride in his work. He is professional, personable and all around a great find. We will definitely use him for any future carpet cleaning needs.

Val's service and professionalism was a refreshing change from the big carpet cleaning businesses. Excellence and caring about his customers separates him from many other carpet cleaners. His efficient and thorough cleaning of our carpets left a "beautiful" diffference and two very pleased customers. We will call upon him again and again.

When Val arrived, he evaluated both areas of the house and priced out the job. Then he brought in the hose and was careful in keeping out any bugs, etc. since the door had to remain opened during the whole process. My mother's area required the most time and effort, he spent at least 30 minutes on this area alone. Her staircase was next and took much less time. Since I removed quite a few pieces of furniture to open up the spaces in both areas, he remarked how much he appreciated this since it saved him the time and trouble of moving stuff around. He reflected this in his pricing. He is an owner-operated business, absolutely loves what he does and says so on his truck. His motto is, " Cleaning with a Passion!" When you call Valentino's you get the owner, president and worker. He is the one who answers the phone and the one who shows up. I look forward to having him again.
