Excellent customer service,his crew did a fantastic job

Oscar came out quickly. Quoted my job. Had a crew in one week to do the work. Material was top grade. Had a few small areas that did not take and he is coming back out to repair. Half the cost of the other contractor I called.

Good response time.

The team was great and had 3 women which I appreciate. They knew how to remove the dead grass, grade, put down topsoil, and lay the sod. There were 99 rolls of sod not used and Oscar the Manager said they were for another job. My property is 2600 sq. ft. so that was about half leftover. I had Kentucky Bluegrass which is not used in this area, the sod was at my house from 8:30 am to 4:30 am and sod has to be put down the same day. He did not offer me a credit at all. Further, there are two pieces that turned yellow, Oscar came to see them and offered to do nothing. I am waiting 30 days before I pay the last 10% but will not use them for their fertilizing service. If you could get the work team without management it would be a good firm to use.

I can not recommend this company enough we have used them every year and will continue to do so. They've done our entire landscaping and it looks amazing. Their work is second to none

Highly recommend Turning Green. Came right out for estimate and immediately analyzed our problem and what to do about it (grubs). In addition recommended trees to hold the collapsing soil. Crew did a wonderful job. Pear trees really add to the property...just beautiful.

It is a good thing I am not entertaining this summer! Within one week, my lawn went from full, plush, and green to concentrated clusters of dead patches along my front lawn and walkway, alongside my currently-dying flower bed. It took several phone calls and an email to get Oscar to respond to me. And when he finally did show up, he said my lawn was victim to a fungus that occurs after a heavy rain. And the leaves of my flowers had a fungus too. He even encouraged me to look it up online. Hmmm....a fungus that only affects a concentrated section of my lawn?? Looks like a result of careless work and a chemical spill on my front lawn. It is a shame because I have been using Turning Green for several years and have been more than pleased with the way my lawn looked up until this point. The customer service, after been a long-time customer, is even more disappointing.

Seeded my front lawn. Only issue was not having a sprinkler system (or hose) that reached every single area when watering was necessary for the new seed. Left w/ several bare spots because of that but lawn was greatly improved overall.

The lawn on our property had not been maintained. It was full of weeds and bare in many places. Turning Green promised that they could trun it around with fertiizing weed control and seeding. Within weeks our lawn is now lush and beautiful. I recommend them highly!

they showed up on time

They did the wrong work and that was bad. They did not put down topsoil as discussed and they aerated in strips not the entire lawn. They then billed me for work that was wrong and incomplete. I would not recommend them.
