This project was a complete success. Tom and his team did a quality job, on budget and on time. The work was performed in a very professional way. Tom always kept us informed about when he and his subs would be on site. He arranged all required permits and inspections. Tom worked within our budget and provided us with many cost saving suggestions to stay within the budget. The worksite was cleaned everyday. The kitchen looks great. We are really happy with the project. We certainly would recommend Tom and plan to have him renovate our bathroom in the future.

He was very prompt. He showed up when he said he would be here which was a rarity. He was also very neat.

They were very professional and arrived on time to take a look at the existing kitchen. I was able to ask questions about the electric panel, the existing subfloor, and their plan to renovate. Good guys... just pricey.

He called me back after he came out to tell me that he has been very busy, but that I was on his list of people he needs to get back to. He was supposed to contact my insurance company about the job and get back to me, but I haven't heard from him yet. Very professional and very nice.

This experience was 100% positive. I highly recommend Tom for any home improvement project. I priced 3 liner companies and two real contractors. Two of the liner companies were slightly less money, one was much higher. The other real plumber was higher. Tom promised a 3 day job and he delivered, starting at 7:30 in the morning and finishing at 6 sometimes. He is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, clean, polite, thoughtful, dependable, economical, organized and exacting. His work is impeccable. He listens and does not try to sell you something you don t need. However, if you ask for something that isn t structurally sound, he ll fully explain it so you don t regret it later. Tom even found a problem with my sink and fixed it, even though it wasn t part of the contract. Tom cares about his work. I can t imagine a better contractor. The bathroom is beautiful, and requires no maintenance. It s worry-free. He made sure I always had a usable toilet in the evenings when he left. I will trust him with a house key if I need any other work done in the future. If you re considering a tub liner, forget it. Call Tom. He ll save you money and you ll have a real bathroom instead of cheap, flimsy acrylic.

The knowledge, attention to detail, quality and professionalism Tom and his team displayed enabled me to relax and trust that everything was being taken care of without any worry. At times, I thought Tom was able to read my mind because he thought of everything that I wanted and more. Tom has a wonderful eye for detail and design and I soon learned to trust his thoughts and opinions. They were always punctual and they always cleaned up before leaving each day. At the conclusion of the job, I couldn't have been happier and they left my home cleaner than when they started. I would hire Tom Grimm again in an instant.
