July 07, 2015 5 Star service EXCELLENT SERVICE from beginning to end it was perfection...We have dealt with so many lousy contractors for one thing or another in the past...that i was bowled over by the great job Jim and his workers did. Clean, neat, on time, fast and the roof looks wonderful. we had our first test the next day with torrential rain...no problems....i didnt expect any problems anyway.i know this sounds over the top but that is exactly how Sound Renovation is over the top in quality and workmanship...Would recommend them without hesitation to my friends and neighbors Joe and Eleanore Dilello

Sound Renovation is THE company to utilize if you are considering siding your home. My wife and I had several siding contractors give us estimates to remove our old 50 year old siding and replace it with Maibec Cedar Shakes and some of the estimates were outrageously high. Jim DePasquale was the last contractor that stopped by and we instantly knew that had the expertise to install this type of siding and his estimate was the best and most reasonable. The way Jim coordinated the siding project was very impressive: -His crew arrived every morning promptly at 8am and began to work, even when the weather was very cold and rainy. -The crew which ranged from 4-7 people depending on the day and scope of work, were all very friendly and neat. -Jim stopped by several times a day to check on the crew and insure things were being done as meticulous as possible.The way his workers applied the siding was clearly a process that not any contractor can do despite what some might tell you. Every course of siding lined up perfectly and the finished product looks fantastic. I highly recommend Sound Renovation and Jim DePasquale for his great pricing and superb product. We will absolutely utilize his services for roofing or siding in the future.

Very slow in sending me the quote or respond to any questions I had on the quote. I only talked to the assistant and I waited 2-3 weeks before I gave up and went with another service provider who was willing to take the time to explain my options, give me a quote in time and provide a competitive price.

The Company was busy and it took a while for them to start the job. Once they started they were extremely professional, neat and we have no complaints about any of the work they have done in the year since the work has been done.. We are a Condo Association and this is the third roof that Sound Renovation has done for us. We have been happy with all of their work and would not hesitate recommending them to others.

He responded very quickly. He said he would mail me an estimate, as I requested. He was punctual. He left some samples with me and explained the pros and cons of the different materials. He also gave me some educational information about my woodpecker problem. He wasn't pushy, which I appreciated.

Will use the next time I need something at a very reasonable price.

Roofer was friendly & personable - gave a fair estimate & completed the job on time!

We have a leak that is around the chimney flashing. Jim came out and took a look. He said he couldn't be sure how much flashing needed to be replaced. He could seal the visible holes that day and see if the leaking stopped. If it did, then only that side would need repairs. He charged $180 for that visit. Well, next storm we had lots of water coming in again. Called Jim, and he said he could put us on the schedule for the following week. That week came and went, so I called Jim and left a message. No response. I left another message a week later. No response again. Very unprofessional.

They started the job on schedule and finshed sooner then I had expected. They were neat, clean and thourough as he promised, and they even protected all my shurbs and flowers. The job came out beautifully and many of my neighbors have been stopping by to tell me just how beautitful my home looks. I am so pleased I chose Sound Renovation and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
