He told me that the work would have to be done in 16 hours as opposed to 8 hours. He sent me an estimate for $1900.00, saying that he could do it for 8 hours outside of the Angie's List deal. He does not want to do the work for $199.00. He is being dismissive and won't even call me back. I feel like, if I would have paid him the $1900.00, the job would have been done in 8 hours. However, he is not willing to do the work for the price of the deal. He is being very deceitful. He told me that the work was outside of the scope of the Big Deal even though it clearly was not.

They were great. Very friendly, neat and did great work.

Overall a lot was done so I was happy with that. Afterwards I noticed parts that I had to touch up and three dime size spots on my rug. When a follow call was made to me I told him about the spots on the rug and the same painter was sent back to clean the spots, or tried to.

It was extremely expensive. I never used them. It was a ridiculous quote. They came in, they looked at the work and then they gave me a quote. They're $3,000 over any competitive bids. They guy was very nice but it was expensive. It's unbelievable. He wanted to paint a bedroom and a bathroom. It was just too much. He showed up on time. He's very nice. It's just that he's expensive and that's why I didn't use him.

They did a Great Job. It Looks great. they cleaned everything and put all my furniture back. I am very satisfied

I received an email from Michael at Shoreline the day after I purchased my deal. He was able to schedule me for the day I selected and was flexible on the time of arrival. I called to confirm a few days prior to the appointment. He called me back immediately to let me know that his painters would be there. On the day of the appointment he showed up to ensure that everything would be completed as discusses. The room looks great and they painted all of the trim in the room, which was not in the scope of work, at no extra charge. I recently completed an addition and wish I had used Shoreline. This one bedroom looks better than the rest of the house. I will defintely use them in the future.

We found out later the many of the rooms were painted over wall paper. They did not charge me extra to strip that down and prep the walls. They were amazing. They even did little things. They saw that the railing on our outside porch was bad. They put in a new piece of wood and stained it because they said if the kids were out there they would get splinters. Little nice things like that. I dealt with Chris Polari. He is one of the owners. He is so accommodating and terrific. He found a nail in the wall that was scratching a pocket door every time it was opened. THey took the wall apart and refinished it and you couldn't even tell they did it. Thats how good they did. I felt that they were extremely reasonable for the size and time line of the job. I had a five day window and they stuck to the schedule and got it done. I would use them again.
