Went really well from beginning to end. Alex the franchise owner came out and helped me figure out what to order. He was helpful, not at all pushy, and focused on solving the problems with storage that I identified. I never felt pressured to purchase more than I wanted. The install was done by Lance, who was so thoughtful and focused on installing everything to best maximize my space. Great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I have a small kitchen, and shelf genie really helped me maximize my space.

Very well. We were very pleased with the results and the slide shelves are still in use. This serive was done a long time ago, probably 5 years ago.

Jeff came to measure, took 6 wks for products. He came when he said he was – he is a perfectionist . Very secure shelves explained how to remove them, left directions if I forget in the future. He is the best.

I didn’t end up using them because the additional costs were too high. I ended up getting a refund.

Met at Hartford Home show in Oct 2014. Set date of Nov 3f or home appointment. Tim came out and was great to work with, showed us a lot of thing we could do and how it will help and add value to the kitchen. We were really impressed with product we decided to buy and do this as a Christmas present for ourselves. November 10, after appointment changes someone finally came and completed measurements. They also had some questions about the product working in several locations we had picked that they needed to get worked out. We have heard nothing from them and called around Dec 12 to find out what was up. They said they had a lot of orders they were working on and that someone would call, just not sure when. Flag goes up in my mind. Dec 25 still nothing, sent email to several people on website waiting for answer. Why were we told Dec 10th? Are they processing larger more expensive orders first and pushing us back, maybe, tell me. Right now not very happy with ShelfGenie. I will not rub the magic lantern just yet. Dealer called and apologized for the delay and unresponsiveness, set an install date of 12/30/2014. Installer came and he to apologized and completed installation. He did a great job and was a pleasure to talk and work with. Finished product looked and worked great, everything we were looking even better. Company came through and di a great job. Just wish I didn't have to push

We had them install the shelving and additional cabinets, and they look very nice. The wood looks nice and the installation went well. They helped us design what we wanted, and they were very easy to work with. There were no issues with scheduling – it was very easy. It took them about 2-3 weeks to manufacture the product, and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards.

The shelfs are great, work was completed on a timly basis and professionally. Thought the price was a little high.

We have had very good experience with them. The people working here were very friendly. There were any issues at all. The installer was very friendly, and very nice. I would recommend them.

We currently have our house listed for sale and had gotten a few comments that the kitchen was small. When I saw the Big Deal I thought it might be a quick fix for us. The product is wonderful but highly priced. But the main concern was it would not be completed for another 4 weeks between measuring, ordering, shipping and installation. That timeline and the price point was not sensible considering we are selling. The salesperson was great.

ShelfGenie is a franchise business, and Alex Modica of Connecticut (and Long Island) went out of his way to help me with this tiny order. I haven't yet received the shelf so can't rate that, but he was very careful and the specs looked perfect for my needs.

It went fantastically. It was over several weeks. They send a designer and then an installer to measure, and then finally do the installation. They were practical and they took practicality into consideration over cost. He actually suggested I order one less sliding shelf because it would be more efficient. I would recommend the quality of the work, the efficiency and the time on task.

He was very professional and a good guy, but the estimate was much higher than the other one I received.

They were very nice and we are happy with our product. It was somewhere between $800 to a $1000. It is a little pricey but this stuff will last. They are definitely a service we would recommend utilizing. Even if it costs a little money, they have quality products.

My overall experience with them was just great. They were just expensive. I have not moved forward with anybody actually, but he was terrific. He was efficient, very clear, everything was organized and he was very very good. I just have not moved forward with them. I am sure he would be a perfectionist. He was wonderful. Really if I wanted to spend that amount of money he would be the one I would go with, I am just not sure if I want to invest that much in it. He is excellent; he could not be more professional. He is very knowledgeable. He was here actually early, waited outside until the time but his van was in front of the house clearly marked. I think the quality was probably good, but the pricing was a little expensive. His responsiveness was excellent.

Salesman was courtous and not pushy. Installer was professional however, some drawers did not fit the first time and had to be replaced. They were replaced and installed two weeks later. Drawers were high quality but pricey. We would use shelfgenie again due to the quality not price.

Wenty very well. Prompt, efficient, neat, and left no debris whatsoever. I am extremely happy with product and installer.

Top notch, professional company with a high quality product. Designed & installed drawers in my lower kitchen cabinets. My back is still saying, "Thank you." And I can find everything!!
