+ -1 moreI was never told that I was now signed up for a 5 year contract. The alarm worked fine for a year or more. However, when my alarm didn't pass the weekly test, NOBODY contacted me. A week later, my alarm panel showed a red light so I called THEM and was told about the failure of the test. They never cared to contact me about it - so I guess someone could have cut the wires and we could have all been dead here - but they didn't care to contact anyone. I was stuck in the 5 year contract and finally just got out. I would never suggest their services to any of my friends.
Description of Work: Security Solutions armed the windows in an addition made to my house, when my original provider was no longer in business. All 9 windows and 4 skylights had screens installed with wires weaved into them for the alarm.
