Having had a terrible experience with another plumber Ron Rich restored my confidence in having a plumber in the house. I have recently renovated a bathroom and after using the shower a couple of times found that water was leaking from the ceiling under the bathroom. This happened before the Christmas holidays and I could not deal with finding a plumber until the New Year. I phoned Mr. Rich during this past week and scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning. He was held up that day so when I phoned him in the evening he said he could come by on Saturday morning, which he did. He repaired the leak which was the result of using someone who was not a plumber to help me with the renovation. He apparently had not put any sealants where he should have resulting in the leak. He also did a couple of other things while he was here all with a and quot;no problemand quot; attitude which was very refreshing. I would definitely use Ron again.

I was working in my basement, when I heard dripping water. A small hole had developed in the cold water supply line, resulting in a pinhole leak. The leak was near a joint, so I could not place a clamp on it to stop the flow. I called the contractor, who was able to come to my home immediately and make the repair, which turned out to be more complicated than a simple copper fitting-to copper-pipe solder. Because of the acidic well water in my area, the contractor advised replacement with PEX, and he installed a complete section, with brass fittings. He even extended the repaired section to include an older leak which I had patched with epoxy, so that the cold water line is now secure and leak-free.

Ron Rich has been my plumber since I bought my house in 1992. He has always been very professional, and willing to come out at short notice in the event of emergencies. He does excellent work and his charges are very reasonable. In addition to a variety of plumbing repairs over the years, he also replaced our gas furnace. I would recommend him to anyone.

I HAVE KNOWN RON RICH FOR A WHILE. WE HAD HIM DO THE PLUMBING IN THE HOUSE. HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE IS PROMPT AND CLEANS UP AFTER THE WORK. HE HAS A NICE PERSONALITY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
