I want to start off by saying I never write reviews for any company or service. Do not use this company. The owner is the rudest most inappropriate person I have ever dealt with in a customer service setting. We had an appliance they came twice to fix, the technician was actually very nice but did not replace the part correctly. I called back to have someone come immediately to repair it as it already had been a week. I was upset for sure with the company, but the way the owner spoke to me on the phone I can honestly say I have never been spoken to like that in my life. He was aggressive, and inappropriate to say the least. They did a poor job fixing the appliance, and I would never want this person in my home. Do not use this company.

We moved to Norwalk 8 years ago. Not knowing who to call to repair my 8 yr old refridgerator, I went online to check reviews. Rick was well reviewed plus he's bonded and insured. We're SO glad we called him! He actually talked us through an apparently common repair and didn't charge since it was over the phone. Rick's Appliance Service is now our local "go-to" for service.
